At Soft Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms.

Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@softcollectios.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
